- Lay a shirt you already like flat and buttoned or smoothed out.
- Measure straight across the chest one inch below the armpit seams, then compare to the chest width column.
- Measure from the highest point of the shoulder straight down to the hem for body length.
- Pick the row closest to your favorite shirt. Allow about half an inch either way.
